DINING ROOM. The dining room is 28' x 14', and the floor is covered with imported Italian tile. This tile stretches throughout all the floors except the bedroom. The first level contains a two-car garage, family game room, a bedroom, utility room with water softener, fast recovery 75-gallon water heater and 120,000 btu furnace. The heating unit is supplied with natural gas, and the building has a 200 ampere dual distribution supply system. A second gas fired heating unit is located in the garage which is a backup unit and heats the Great Room . This level also contains a large washroom that is tiled with 6" x 8'"tiles from floor to ceiling, and has a whirlpool bath for two. This room also contains a bidet, cabinetry of solid cherry and a towel closet. This is a very unique room.
